Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 Tbsp. water
4 c. milk, scalded
marshmallows or whipped cream

Preparation

Scrape chocolate squares fine; mix with water, milk and sugar. Stir until dissolved.
Whip with eggbeater until light and fluffy.
Serve with marshmallows or cream.
