Dave'S Hot Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat (beef or venison)
3 medium onions, chunked
3 banana peppers, chunked
2 jalapeno peppers, diced
1 green pepper, chunked
1 1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 qt. stewed tomatoes
2 cans hot chili beans
2 small cans tomato paste
Preparation
-
Brown meat in oil.
Add onions and peppers.
Saute until almost tender.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
