Chili Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    4 oz. chopped green chilies
    2 oz. chopped pimentos
    1 tsp. salt
    10 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix first five ingredients together. Add eggs.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake for 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Cut into squares (70).
    Serve warm or at room temperature.
