Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. raw rhubarb
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs, separated
Preparation

Cut up raw rhubarb and pour boiling water over it.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Then drain off the water and add sugar, 3 tablespoons water, flour and egg yolks.
Pour into unbaked pie shell, dot with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Then whip egg whites and put on top and brown.
