Filet Mignon With Sautéed Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. cracked pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cloves of garlic
    4 (4 oz.) beef tenderloin steaks (1-inch thick)
    1 c. thinly sliced onion, separated into rings
    2/3 c. red wine
    2 Tbsp. steak sauce
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; rub both sides of beef with pepper mixture. Place beef on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Set aside; keep warm.
