Michigan Chilies Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. yogurt
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    4 oz. chopped green chilies, canned
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    lettuce
    taco chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 2 individual 2-cup casseroles. Combine yogurt, egg and flour; mix until smooth.
    Combine cheese in another bowl.
    Into each casserole place 1 ounce of cheese mixture. Top with 1/2 of chilies.
    Sprinkle 1 ounce of cheese mix in each. Pour 1/2 yogurt mix in.
    Add 1/2 tomato sauce.
    Top with remaining cheese mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until puffed and edges lightly browned, about 40 minutes.
    Turn out on plate.
    Circle with shredded lettuce and taco chips.
    Serves 2.
