Sausage Stuff Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 mushrooms (big size)
    1/2 lb. Jimmy Dean lite sausage
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 c. salsa
    1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms; drain.
    Remove stem from mushrooms.
    In a small skillet cook sausage until no pink remains; break up large pieces.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in together sausage and cheese. Fill mushroom caps with 1 teaspoon of mixture.
    Place mushroom caps in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 25 minutes or until heated.
