Cheddar Muffin Puffs(The Favorite Hors D'Oeuvres Of The Steinkamp Family) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked until crisp, then crumbled
1 c. mayonnaise
5 green onions, chopped
6 whole English muffins, split and quartered

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the first four ingredients.
Lightly spread margarine or butter on the muffin quarters.
After spreading margarine on the muffins, spread on combined ingredients.
Sprinkle top lightly with paprika for color.
Bake on a cookie sheet in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 6 to 8 minutes. Serve warm.
Makes 48 appetizers.
