Chocolate Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    3 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 to 3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 graham crackers
    Cool Whip (optional)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cocoa, flour and salt well.
    Add milk and eggs. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring almost constantly. When thickened, remove from stove and add 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Crumble graham crackers and stir into pudding. You can put Cool Whip on top if desired.
