Broccoli Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 small bunch broccoli
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of garlic powder
    1 c. flour (I use whole wheat)
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Trim broccoli; pare stems.
    Cut flowerets into 1-inch pieces and stems into 1/4-inch slices.
    (You should have about 2 cups.) Cook, covered, in boiling water until tender.
    Mash or chop finely.
