Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1 pkg. frozen Tater Tots
Preparation
    In skillet, combine beef, onion and green pepper.
    Cook over medium heat, breaking up meat with a fork until meat is brown and onion is tender.
    Add catsup, undiluted soup and water.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole (oblong works best).
    Top with Tater Tots.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Also good made with ground turkey.
