Potatoes And Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 potatoes
8 small onions
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. cream
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
paprika to taste
Preparation
-
Grease casserole dish.
Place peeled and quartered potatoes and sliced onions in dish.
Melt margarine; stir in flour. Combine cream and water; add to flour mixture in saucepan.
Cook until mixture thickens.
Add salt and pepper.
