Mocha Fudge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. hot water
    4 tsp. instant coffee granules, divided
    1/2 (19.85 oz.) box light fudge brownie mix (about 2 c.)
    2 tsp. vanill extract, divided
    2 egg whites
    vegetable cooking spray
    3/4 c. 1% low-fat milk
    3 Tbsp. Kahlua or other coffee flavored liqueur, divided
    1 (3.9 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding & pie filling mix
    3 c. frozen reduced-calorie whipped toppping, thawed & divided
    chocolate curls (optional)
Preparation
    Combine hot water & 2 tsp. coffee granules in medium bowl; stir well. Add brownie mix, 1 tsp. vanilla, & egg whites; stir until well blended. Pour mixture into 9 inch pieplate coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 22 minutes. Let crust cool completely. Combine milk, 2 Tbsp. Kahlua, 1tsp.
    coffee granules, remaining tsp. vanilla, and pudding mix in bowl; beat at medium speed 1 minute. Gently fold in 1 1/2 c. whipped topping. Spread pudding mixture over brownie crust. Combine remaining Kahlua and coffee granules in bowl; stir well. Gently fold in remaining whipped topping.
    Spread over pudding mixture.
