Rocky Mountain Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie crust
4 to 6 apples (your choice), peeled and sliced in crust
1 c. sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. cream (half and half will work)
Preparation

Mix together sugar, cinnamon, flour and cream well; pour over apples. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
