German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    about 3 lb. red potatoes
    1 medium onion
    3 sticks celery
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender, peel and slice.
    Dice onion and celery; add to potatoes.
    Cut bacon into small pieces and brown; drain all but 3 tablespoons of bacon drippings.
