German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
5 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla on low speed.
Add dry ingredients, fold in apples and nuts.
Bake in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased and floured pan for 1 hour.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
