Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    12 oz. tub cottage cheese
    10 oz. box chopped broccoli (frozen)
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix muffin mix, eggs, onion, cottage cheese, margarine and broccoli lightly. Bake in 9 x 12-inch pan 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
