Grilled Steak Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) round steak
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 small minced onion
    1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Cut meat into 3/4-inch strips.
    Soak meat for at least 2 hours.
    Light grill to high heat.
    Cook meat, turning constantly, dipping meat in marinade every turn to keep it moist.
