Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients first, except nuts.
Add oil, eggs, vanilla and pineapple.
Mix well for two minutes and add nuts. Bake in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
