Monterey Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, sliced or 1/2 c. chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chunky salsa (plus extra on tortillas)
    8 flour tortillas (8-inch)
    1 c. shredded Monterey cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add chicken, onion and green pepper, stirring until chicken is done.
    Add salsa and heat thoroughly. Spoon about 1/2 cup onto each tortilla; top with cheese and additional salsa.
    Fold around filling.
