Triple Vegetable Bake(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
    2 lb. potatoes
    4 Tbsp. acceptable margarine
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. skim milk, heated
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 oz. fresh broccoli florets
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Lightly spray an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with vegetable oil.
    Wipe mushrooms with a clean, damp cloth.
    Cut into quarters and set aside.
    Peel potatoes and cut into cubes, set aside.
