Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cooked rice
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Clean out peppers.
Cook peppers in boiling salt water (1/2 teaspoon salt to 1 cup water).
Cook 5 minutes and drain.
