Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw corn
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut corn from cob until you have 2 cups of corn.
    Mix with cream and salt. Beat for about 3 minutes.
    Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm (45 minutes).
    Makes 4 servings.
