Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    4 c. self-rising flour or to plain flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder and 2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar into butter.
    Add egg.
    Dissolve yeast in 2 cups very warm water (105\u00b0 to 115\u00b0).
    Add flour.
    Mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours (can do up to 4 days) in airtight container.
    Spoon into greased muffin tins (2-inch diameter). Fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown.
