Pecan Pie Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2/3 c. melted salted butter (not oleo)
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients together with mixer, then add flour and pecans. Mix well. Spoon into well-greased mini-muffin tins. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes. Makes 24 mini muffins.
