Pasta Salad * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large ripe tomatoes (2 1/2 lb.)
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/2 c. fresh basil
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 lb. pasta
    1/4 lb. white cheese (Muenster or Fontina)
    1/2 c. Parmesan
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes (approximately 6 cups) in large bowl.
    Add seasonings and oil.
    Let stand several hours or overnight; return to room temperature.
    Cook pasta.
    Add 1/4 cup oil from tomatoes and Parmesan to hot pasta and toss.
    Add 1/2 tomatoes; toss. Grate white cheese; add to pasta with rest of tomatoes.
    Toss and serve.
