4 In One Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild bulk pork sausage
1 can sauerkraut (undrained), add about 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 apples, cored, peeled and sliced into 6 slices
2 c. mashed potatoes
1 Tbsp. margarine
paprika
Preparation

Form 6 patties of pork sausage and brown and cook thoroughly in skillet.
Reserve about 2 tablespoons of drippings.
Place apple slices on plate, covered with Saran Wrap.
In microwave, cook until just soft.
Save any juice.
Prepare mashed potatoes (I use Betty Crocker Potato Buds.)
Place the 6 sausage patties in casserole.
Top with apple rings.
Spread the undrained kraut over top.
Add a little of sausage drippings and apple juice to the top of the kraut.
Top with the mashed potatoes with a dab of butter over each patty section.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
