Lo-Cal Coffee Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. plain gelatin
    5 to 6 packs sweetener
    4 to 6 tsp. instant coffee
    4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix together the gelatin, sweetener and instant coffee.
    Add 2 cups of the boiling water.
    Stir and mix well to be sure that gelatin is softened.
    Add remaining hot water.
    Cool in refrigerator until firm.
    Serve with reduced calorie Cool Whip.
