Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. melted oleo
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
pinch of salt
Preparation

Beat eggs and pinch of salt.
Add oleo and sugar.
Stir well. Add vanilla, vinegar, pecans, coconut and raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until nice and brown and set.
Makes one 8-inch pie.
