Sharon'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer (3 1/2 lb.)
    few celery leaves
    1 qt. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 stick oleo
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    50 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Boil chicken, celery leaves, water and salt until chicken is tender.
    Let cool.
    Debone and cut into bite size pieces.
    Discard all fat and skin.
