Brown And Serve Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    6 to 8 Tbsp. melted shortening (not too hot)
    1 egg
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Put 2 cups warm water in bowl; add yeast, sugar and salt.
    Beat well.
    Add shortening and egg and beat.
    Add 2 cups flour and beat. Then add rest of flour.
    Use spoon to mix in the last 4 cups of flour because it it too heavy to beat with eggbeater.
