Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
5 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. raisins (if desired)

Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients and beat until creamy. Add raisins; mix in well. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Melt marshmallows on top, if desired.
