Stir-Fry Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1-inch) thick lean steak (1 to 1 1/2 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 c. stewed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Cut steak into thin strips.
    Coat with Kitchen Bouquet and let stand 30 minutes.
    Brown strips in oil.
    Add chopped onion, pepper, tomatoes, salt and cook slow until tender, covered, approximately 40 minutes.
