Parmesan Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Melt margarine over
low
heat\tin heavy saucepan.
Add flour, stirring constantly
until\tsmooth.
Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk while stirring.
Cook until thickened and bubbly.
Stir
in cheese, mustard and salt until cheese is melted.
Remove from heat.
