"Brett'S Approved" Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes
1 small or medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
salt and pepper to taste
parsley
milk
Preparation

Dice potatoes, onion and celery.
Cook in salt water, 15 to 20 minutes.
You may drain part of water off if you like.
With hand potato masher, mash part of potatoes, leaving some whole or small pieces.
Add milk to desired thickness.
Salt and pepper to taste. Add margarine; sprinkle with dried parsley.
Vary the amount of ingredients according to people to serve.
