Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts or pieces of choice, skinned
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/4 c. water (poured in salad dressing bottle to rinse)
    8 oz. canned drained pineapple
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in baking dish.
    Mix all ingredients except pineapple together in a bowl.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake, covered (with aluminum foil), for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove foil and continue baking, uncovered, 1/2 hour.
    Drained pineapple may be added during the last 1/2 hour.
