Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    27 slices bread or 1 1/2 lb. bread (2 qt.) packed soft bread crumbs (break them up)
    2 1/2 tsp. sage
    2 1/2 tsp. dry minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 large eggs
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Place bread in mixing bowl.
    Add milk, the bread should absorb all the milk, so there is none left in the bowl.
    Mix lightly and spoon into aluminum bread tin; do not pack.
    Wrap in 2 thicknesses of aluminum foil.
    Place in center of oven, preheated to 325\u00b0. Bake 2 1/2 hours.
    Then open foil and bake until top is lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
