Irish Potato Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/3 c. chocolate
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
2/3 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 c. cream potatoes
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Using mixer, combine the first 6 ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Bake in 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans at 325\u00b0 until done (toothpick inserted in center of cake should come out clean).
Remove from oven and let set 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool.
Frost.
