Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, melted
whole pineapple, sliced
3 eggs, separated
5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. brown sugar
a few maraschino cherries
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
Preparation

Melt the butter in a large frying pan.
Add the brown sugar; spread evenly over bottom of pan.
Lay complete wheel of pineapple in center.
Put cherry in center; place half wheels around.
