Hash Browns And Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion.
Drain.
Mix remaining ingredients together except cheese.
Pour ground beef and onions in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Pour remaining ingredients on top.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Spread Ritz crackers on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
