Ingredients

1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
5 c. milk
1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Wash the rice thoroughly and mix all the ingredients together in a 2-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
