Homemade Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. white cooking wine
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Spray medium saucepan with Pam.
    Saute mushrooms, onions and white cooking wine.
    Stir in chicken broth.
    In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup of the milk and cornstarch until smooth.
    Combine these 2 mixtures.
    Stir in remaining 3/4 cup milk.
    Cook over medium heat until thickened.
    Stir frequently.
    Simmer 2 minutes.
