Scallops And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped white onion
    2 Tbsp. diet margarine
    2 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
    1 c. julienne carrots
    1 c. julienne celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
    1/4 tsp. salt
    sprinkle of pepper
    1 lb. sea scallops, halved
    4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute onion in butter in large skillet for 1 minute.
    Add mushrooms, carrots and celery.
    Cook, stirring constantly.
    Sprinkle with dill, salt and pepper.
    Set aside.
