Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix flour, butter and sugar; pat in bottom of 9 x 9-inch pan like loose crust.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Beat eggs, then add sugar and lemon juice.
    Fold in baking powder and flour.
    Pour mixture on top of crust and bake for 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    While warm, sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
    When cool, cut in strips or squares.
