Creamed Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped spinach
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. water
Preparation

Cook spinach as directed on package.
Drain.
Melt 2 chicken bouillon cubes in 1 cup hot water. Melt butter and add flour. Stir until smooth.
Add chicken bouillon to butter and flour mix gradually, stirring until mixture thickens.
Add to drained spinach and stir well. Serves 6.
