Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. yellow squash
1 lb. zucchini
3 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, sliced
Preparation

Cook squash and onion until tender.
Drain and mash.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Place in buttered casserole and top with cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
