Corn Fritter Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 can cream-style corn
Preparation

Drain the can of whole kernel corn well, reserving 1/2 cup of liquid.
Sift together the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt and sugar.
