Peach Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced peaches
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg
1 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Add beaten egg and almond extract.
Mix well.
Put peaches in unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
Pour sugar mixture over peaches.
