Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
2 eggs
1 c. oleo
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. hot water
1 c. milk (2 Tbsp. vinegar) or 1 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a bowl.
Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
Scrape bowl after each minute.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
