Easy Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    4 slices bread, torn into bite-size pieces)
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Fry sausage meat (scrambled).
    Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard.
    Layer bread in a slightly buttered baking dish.
    Add the scrambled sausage meat.
    Pour eggs and milk mixture over sausage and top with cheese.
